Total Estimated Delivery Time

Total delivery time includes both processing and shipping:

Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $60 USD
  • Standard Shipping: $10 USD (orders under $60)
  • Expedited Shipping: $20 USD

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed and shipped.

  • Tracking updates are typically available within 24–48 hours

Delivery Notice

📦 Orders marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered successfully fulfilled.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Lunaslane is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
  • Retain all packaging materials and damaged items for inspection
